Busanti Gate Company offers gate automation, custom gate fabrication, lighting installations, and security solutions in Loxahatchee, Wellington, West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, and surrounding areas.

2. Eligibility to Use Our Services

To use our services, you must:
✅ Be at least 18 years of age
✅ Provide accurate contact and payment information

3. Payments & Billing

Accepted Payments: We accept credit cards, checks, bank transfers, cash, and electronic payments.

Deposits & Final Payments:

• A deposit may be required to schedule installations or secure materials.

• Final payments are due upon project completion unless otherwise specified in writing.

Payment Fees:

• Credit Card Transactions: A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.

• Cash and Cashier’s Checks: No additional fees apply to payments made by cash or cashier’s check.

Late Fees:
Unpaid balances exceeding 30 days may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month, as permitted by Florida Statutes (§ 687.03).

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Service Appointments:

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Missed or late cancellations may result in a $150 service fee.

Product Returns:

• Custom orders, special orders, and installed equipment are non-refundable.

• Unused, unopened stock items may be returned within 14 days, subject to a restocking fee.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

5. Warranties & Limitations of Liability

A. Limited Warranty

• We provide a one-year limited warranty on labor and installation.

• Manufacturer warranties may apply to parts and equipment and will be honored accordingly.

B. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:
🚫 Damage due to weather, vandalism, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
🚫 Electrical failures unrelated to our installation
🚫 Pre-existing structural issues with gates, fencing, or property
